Are you passionate about events and looking for a way to contribute to our GNCU community? We are seeking volunteers to join our Annual Meeting Raffle Committee. This committee is helps us with the full planning and execution of the raffle at our Annual Meeting, from early coordination to day of event support. All raffle proceeds benefit the Walter J. Kostecky Memorial Scholarship Fund. What to Expect: Monthly Meetings: The committee meets once a month on the second Wednesday, beginning February 11, 2026. Meetings start at 6:00 PM and are held in the Community Room at our Broadway branch. A virtual link option will also be available for those who are unable to join in person. Basket Raffle Donations: Committee members will oversee all aspects of the raffle, including planning timelines, coordinating donation outreach, collecting items, creating themed raffle baskets, organizing logistics, and ensuring everything is ready for the raffle on Annual Meeting day! Day-of Volunteering: Committee members will have the option to help manage raffle ticket sales, announce prize winners, distribute prizes, and help ensure the raffle runs smoothly from start to finish. This is a great opportunity to share your creativity, connect with others, and contribute to an event that brings all our members together. Interested?
