WHAT THE JOB IS:
- Manage a growing team working on multiple projects and initiatives.
- Coaching and developing staff.
- Manage vaults and ATM.
- Solving member problems.
- Hold team members accountable for KPIs, campaign results and SOP adherence.
- Manage and ensure quality standards for all deliverables.
- Inspire and lead by creating a “can-do” culture where people love their job.
- Actively participate in expansion/growth.

WHAT THE JOB IS:
- Perform accurate teller transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
- Troubleshoot account questions through analytical problem solving.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
- Deliver high-quality, friendly, and accurate service through direct, confident and calm communication.
