WHAT THE JOB IS:

  • Realize the full potential of a recently implemented technology platform (CMC FLEX) by becoming a subject matter expert.
  • Maximizing the operating effectiveness and efficiency of our technology platform by driving continuous improvement.
  • Execute the integration of FLEX with 3rd party systems and software
  • Manage upgrades, deployments, and day-to-day system administration
  • Lead upcoming technical initiatives: Conversion of credit and debit card systems (April 2025), ACH origination (2024), and new products such as ApplePay and Plaid
  • Act as the point of contact and technical liaison between GNCU leadership and 3rd party technology vendors.
  • Ownership of user access, role management, and champion organizational adherence to cyber security policies.
  • Complete the annual IT risk assessment, coordinate penetration testing and own the remediation of audit findings.
  • Develop staff training on platform use as needed
