  • Manage a growing team working on multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Coaching and developing staff.
  • Manage vaults and ATM.
  • Solving member problems.
  • Hold team members accountable for KPIs, campaign results and SOP adherence.
  • Manage and ensure quality standards for all deliverables.
  • Inspire and lead by creating a “can-do” culture where people love their job.
  • Actively participate in expansion/growth.

As the front-line representative of the credit union, your role is to provide phenomenal member service while upholding our core values. The successful candidate will:

WHAT THE JOB IS: 

  • Perform accurate teller transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
  • Troubleshoot account questions through analytical problem solving.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer.
  • Deliver high-quality, friendly, and accurate service through direct, confident and calm communication.
