A new & improved banking experience

What do I need to do?

  1. You will need to set up a new online banking/mobile app login password via our new online banking platform or our updated mobile app.
    • To login via online banking: 
      • Go to goodneighborscu.com and click Banking Login to login to Good Neighbors online banking. 
      • Next, enter your existing User ID and click the Forgot Password button. The system will then email you a new temporary password. 
      • Go back to Good Neighbors online banking and login with your existing User ID and your temporary password. Once you’re logged in, you can change your password to whatever you choose! 
      • You can now access your account information. 
      • Once you have updated your apps, open the Good Neighbors CU mobile app. 
      • Next, enter your existing User ID and click the Forgot Password button. The system will then email you a new temporary password. 
      • Reopen the Good Neighbors CU mobile app and login with your existing User ID and your temporary password. Once you’re logged in, you can change your password to whatever you choose! 
      • Delete the “DeposZip” app for mobile deposit. Mobile deposit will now be accessible in the updated Good Neighbors CU app. 
      • You can now access your account information.

FAQ - What you need to know!

Home Banking and Mobile App

  • Our new system is up and running! You will need to use the “Forgot Password” button the first time you login to reset your account. The new app is available for download in both the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store. Be sure to access home banking through our website at www.goodneighborscu.com and click the “Banking Login” button. If you have previously saved the website, you will need to update your bookmark.

Account History

  • Transactions from the previous system will no longer be available. We are happy to email or mail any previous statements or transactions that you need. Please email us your request to us at info@goodneighborscu.com.

Linked Accounts

  • You may notice some of your linked accounts have not carried over from the old system. We are aware of this issue and are working on a resolution.

Debit Card Transactions (including Cash App and other funds transfer services)

  • Debit card processing has resumed and any new transactions should process to your account as usual. We hope to have any back items from 9/29 – 10/2 posted to your account soon.
